I had called about an Outlander Sport on the web sight that was not ready for sale. The team was wonderful in finding out an estimated time it would be ready. I had told her my heart was set on that vehicle. Not sure why. I went on Saturday and lo and behold it was there. Needless to say , I bought it. Lancaster Mitsubishi went above and beyond. They also have a great selection in case I didn't like the one I wanted . I highly recommend this dealership.

Next I want to send special thanks and big respect and appreciate for our salesman, he went above n beyond for us as in information wise patience and just being upfront n understanding. He truly made our day and helped us take home new charger for a great price n warranty he really is and was a blessing thanks for help and very glad you found only copy of keys lol definitely give my recommendation!
Was looking to upgrade my outlander sport to a newer, higher optioned vehicle. Saw an eclipse cross on the website, certified and beautiful red color. Called first thing to start the week and got an answer, verified the car was ready to be seen and test drove, and as soon as we got there it was parked outside ready to go. Highly recommend this dealer. If you want great customer service, helpful staff, and a pleasant experience, check em out!
